Our standard of care
Medical professionals, not a spa
Our chiropodists are healthcare professionals with comprehensive knowledge of foot conditions and treatments. Yearly registration with the College of Chiropodists of Ontario is required, and every member of our team maintains the college's high standards of care. What makes us different from other clinics is that we specialize in one area: your foot health.
More about the clinicYour first appointment
What your first visit looks like
A first appointment includes both an initial assessment and treatment with a chiropodist. Here is how it runs.
- 01
Intake before you arrive
You complete a standardized form that confirms your foot concerns and helps your chiropodist build a treatment plan.
- 02
Assessment
Your feet are examined. Depending on your reason for visiting you may be asked to stand or walk so we can evaluate balance and weight-bearing position.
- 03
Treatment and plan
Treatment happens the same visit. We discuss any changes to your feet and individualise the plan around your own goals.
- 04
Come prepared
Please skip nail polish, bring an updated list of your medications, and be ready to review and sign the consent portion of your intake form.
